Since 1968, we have provided reliable residential garbage services to the Borough of Florham Park and expanded to offer commercial and roll-off services throughout Morris, Essex, Somerset, and Union counties.

Three Generations of Service

Our company was founded by Bill Pryer, who built the business on principles of hard work, reliability, and customer service. His vision was to provide the community with dependable waste management services that families and businesses could count on.

Second Generation

The business continued to grow as Bill's sons joined the company, bringing fresh ideas while maintaining the core values that made Pryer Disposal successful. Behind the scenes, Bill's wife has been instrumental in managing employees and benefits, ensuring our team is well-supported and our operations run smoothly from her office. Additional family members contribute to the business operations, handling billing, documents, and other essential business functions with care and attention to detail.
